Workers' Compensation

Social Security Disability/ SSI
Margo Julius and Michael Simpson have represented many clients in their claims for Social Security Disability and SSI (Supplemental Security Income). We regularly represent clients in Administrative Hearings before federal Administrative Law Judges employed by the Social Security Administration. We have handled many Social Security appeals to the Federal District Court and to the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. We help gather medical evidence, prepare you to testify at hearing, and assist in presenting your case to the Social Security Administration.

Social Security sets the rules concerning how much attorneys can charge. The fee is 25% of "back benefits" with a maximum fee of $5300. No fees are charged on future disability benefits. If no money is recovered, there are no attorney fees. All fees are discussed in detail the first time we meet with you.
